Settling In...

So its been a while, so we will just do pictures with captions this time. I do want to share a couple stories to start with though.

Yesterday in the car Levi was singing the song 'I'm Yours' by Jason Mraz with me and my mom. He was using the fly swatter I just bought as a baton, and it was adorable! So I told him he was so stinking cute. His response: "Yes, I am." My mom and I cracked up laughing and so of course, Levi starts laughing too!

Levi in his dady's shoes!

Hazel now has six teeth and more coming in. She is in constant pain, and so is constantly whinning. I give her medicine, but I don't want to overdo it. She is crawling like a crazy lady and will make a mad dash at anything you don't want her to... probably setting world records! Justin says she should have her own show called Hazel The Explorer! She pulls herself up on things constantly, and I think she might think about walking in the next month or so. Levi didn't walk until he was 14 months, so I'm not in any hurry.
Hazel yearning to escape.
Pretty sunset we had yesterday.
Gorgeous sunrise we had a couple weeks ago.
Levi and his daddy napping. Like Father like Son.
So we got this rocket thing at a garage sale (best 50 cents ever). Levi loves it, especially when someone can really launch them. He spent the afternoon chasing the rockets his daddy launched. We have had neighbor kids lining up 10 or more to play with this and launch their own rocket!
The Cheeto Crook!
"Where's all my Cheetos?"
"Hehe, I know where the Cheetos are! I'm a Crook!"
Me and my babes!
Hazel's new sleeping position, sitting up or folded in half.
"My blankie!" (notice the death grip on the blanket)
Chillaxing in the car.
Levi loves to push the stroller, whether his sister is in it or not. But he is very careful when she is in it, it is so sweet to watch!
You can't eat until you are totally comfortable!

Me and Hazel on my brother's motorcycle.

That's all from us!

New Place

So here we are in our new home, and loving every minute! We have a washer/dryer, more space, wonderful neighbors, and lots of windows! On the day we moved in two men from the neighborhood came over to help us unload. The next day a lady from across the street and also from our ward at church brought some muffins. Following that we had a visit from the Relief Society and we are expecting the Bishopric tomorrow. We have been welcomed wonderfully and have already made some great connections with people.
Every day Justin brings up something else he loves about our new place, and then reminds me of everything he already loves too. We are all unpacked and somewhat settled, which is nice. I don't have many pictures, but here are two videos you can watch that are of my new place.

Levi has loads of new friends, and really enjoys the playground out back. Just a couple days after moving in two neighbor boys came over and ran upstairs with Levi to play for a while. They have been over a couple more times since then, and Levi just loves it!

Hazel is really crawling all over the place and getting into everything! Levi wasn't nearly as curious, so most of this is new to me. If anything is opening she runs for it, if you make an unusual sound, she's there, if you don't want her to touch something, its already in her mouth. She is all over and into literally everything she can grab and then some. She's cute to watch some times, but mostly if you aren't right behind her, she'll get something she really shouldn't.

Football has started again, yea! Justin's younger brother (I can't say little because he's taller than him) is playing for West Albany, so I'm sure we'll be heading to some of his games this year too. I'll spare Justin the embarrassment of mentioning how the Ducks did, but BYU and OSU did awesome! BYU's game was even a great upset, as they beat the #3 team in the nation. Luckily Justin's brother Marcus was able to make it out with his family from Wyoming to visit his wife's family, and to spend some time with us. We watched the Ducks game with them and they came over and saw our new place. Allison is getting bigger and bigger, which just means cuter and cuter. I saw her about a month ago, but she got cuter in that time I swear!

I have found some time between unpacking and doing daily stuff to paint another picture. This goes with my collection I am painting, leaving me only one more to paint... Oregon. This one if of Nebraska and the Missouri River.
Anyway, that's all from us, just mostly moving in stuff, nothing way fun. Hope you all are doing well!
